CONTEXT

The Sidenor factory in Basauri was at a high level of digitization. However, traditional visualization platforms were not sufficient, and they needed to innovate to maintain their culture of working with data across the entire production chain.

SOLUTION

Virtual view of an industrial production line with an automated loader for handling and transporting metal parts, used in steel or metallurgy plants.

In order to ensure accurate and efficient monitoring that truly reflects reality, within TOKII we created a series of main KPIs that comprise different layers of information, including real-time and historical data by shifts and a module of alarms equipped with artificial intelligence to quickly detect and solve incidents.

RESULT

Thanks to using the TOKII mobile app, the plant managers can be informed of all incidents, even when they are far away. Likewise, the PC application allows them to manage everything regarding the twin, and they use a large touch kiosk for meetings and dynamic presentations.
