IMMERSIA informs the users of the website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of users and clients that may be collected through browsing or contracting services via its website. In this regard, IMMERSIA guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, as reflected in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the Development of the LOPD. The use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.
Collection, purpose, and data processing
IMMERSIA has the duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either through sending emails or by filling out the forms included on the website. In this regard, IMMERSIA will be considered responsible for the data collected through the aforementioned means. At the same time, IMMERSIA informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: responding to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact list, providing services, and managing the business relationship. The operations, management, and technical procedures that are carried out either automatically or manually, which enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions related to personal data, are considered the processing of personal data. All personal data collected through the IMMERSIA website, and therefore considered to be the processing of personal data, will be incorporated into the files declared to the Spanish Agency for Data Protection by IMMERSIA.
Communication of information to third parties
IMMERSIA informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third organizations, except when such data transfer is supported by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service involves the necessity of a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data transfer to the third party will only be carried out when IMMERSIA has the user's express consent.
User Rights
Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data grants interested parties the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. As long as the user's data is subject to processing by IMMERSIA, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the provisions of the current legal regulations on the protection of personal data. To exercise these rights, the user must submit a written communication, providing documentation to verify their identity (DNI or passport), to the following address: IMMERSIA, C/ Francisco Grandmontagne 1 Planta 2 Oficina 2 – 20018 San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa) or to the address that may be replaced in the General Registry of Data Protection. This communication must include the following information: Name and surname of the user, the request for application, the address, and the supporting data. The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as the legal representative of the authorized party. In this case, documentation must be provided to certify this representation of the interested party.
