PROJECT

FARABIM is an industrial research project aimed at digitalizing and optimizing the value chain of industrialized facades through advanced technologies of artificial intelligence, BIM modeling, and collaborative digital platforms.


The project will develop a platform capable of digitally capturing the reality of existing buildings, generating facade BIM models, and applying generative design and energy calculation tools to optimize construction solutions aimed at energy renovation. Standing out among the project's innovations are the development of deep learning algorithms for facade recognition, generative design systems for industrialized solutions, and automatic calculation tools for thermal performance.


These technologies will allow for improving the efficiency of the design, manufacturing, and installation processes of facade systems, contributing to reducing costs, accelerating construction processes, and improving the energy efficiency of buildings.

OUR CONTRIBUTION

Immersia participates in the project by contributing to the development of advanced visualization interfaces and interactive tools based on augmented reality that facilitate communication between the different modules of the platform and its use in construction-site environments.


In particular, Immersia works on the integration of visual interfaces and augmented reality systems for the visualization of BIM models and the collaborative management of incidents during installation, allowing digital information to be superimposed on the physical environment and facilitating the monitoring and validation of construction processes in the field.
