CONTEXT

Sidenor's factory in Basauri was at a high level of digitization. However, traditional visualization platforms were not sufficient, and they needed to innovate to maintain their culture of working with data across the entire production chain.

SOLUTION

Virtual view of an industrial production line with an automated loader for handling and transporting metal parts, used in steel or metallurgy plants.

In order to ensure accurate and efficient monitoring that truly reflected reality, we developed a set of key KPIs within TOKII organized into different layers of information. These include real-time and historical data by shifts and an AI-powered alarm module designed to quickly detect and resolve incidents.

RESULT

By using the TOKII mobile app, plant managers can stay informed about any incidents even when they are away from the facility. The PC application allows them to manage the entire digital twin, and, during meetings and dynamic presentations, they showcase the digital twin and the reports generated within it on a large interactive kiosk, highlighting its central role in their operations.
