CONTEXT

Comdiflex is an industrial company specialized in manufacturing sealing elements (metallic, semi-metallic, and soft gaskets) and expansion joints, serving industries such as the chemical, energy, and process manufacturing.

Comdiflex’s maintenance model was primarily based on reactive interventions, in a complex environment for operators due to limited physical access and the use of outdated information. This situation led to risks of unplanned shutdowns, cost overruns, and reduced efficiency.

In light context, Comdiflex sought to implement an improvement in the maintenance processes of its client's plants, by integrating data from ERPs and drones with artificial vision into a single system, to analyze asset conditions in real time, detect corrosion levels, and anticipate failures before they could lead to major incidents.

To address this challenge, Comdiflex implemented the TOKII SaaS platform. The solution was configured as a centralized 3D environment for analysis and visualization, designed to optimize asset management and maintenance processes.

Among its key features were the 3D digital inventory of parts, real-time monitoring of operational and structural parameters, and the integration of data captured by drones and industrial systems. Additionally, incident management was enabled, allowing the configuration of alarms, setting custom thresholds, and generating tickets with images, videos, and other attached multimedia files.

RESULT

The implementation of TOKII has enabled Comdiflex to streamline maintenance processes and improve asset monitoring through a complete and up-to-date digital inventory. The platform facilitates tracking component wear and early anomaly detection, reducing the likelihood of errors and unplanned failures.

Additionally, the integration with the ERP has enabled the automation of spare parts orders, ensuring stock availability and preventing operational interruptions. Overall, TOKII has consolidated a more efficient, proactive, and secure maintenance model.
